I was in Burlington, Vermont this last summer for the first time. The city exudes a positive feeling and the residents appear to be very content. They have the access to so many activities in all seasons. You see active people everywhere. Lake Champlain is lovely to look at and judging from the number of sailboats, it is appreciated by the sailors in the area. It doesn’t surprise me at all that Burlington would be at the top of the list. It would be a great place to live in.
